How long will it take to get the delivery?
Our delivery time is 2-10 minutes for top-up and gift card products. 3-24 hours delivery time for subscriptions.
How can I claim my refund?

How quickly will I get my refund?
You will get your refund in your Gamesghor wallet within one day.
And for your chosen payment method you will get the refund within three working days. But sometimes it may take 7-10 working days.
What’s your refund policy?
There are two types of refunds: a wallet refund and a Bkash/Nagad/Rocket refund.
In the case of a wallet refund, you will get 100% of the order amount back to your Games Ghor wallet, regardless of whether the problem is with the customer or us. And if the refund is to be taken in Bkash, Naagad, Cash, or Rocket, if the issue is from the customer, then 15% of the money will be deducted as a service charge and the rest, 70%, will be refunded. Problems issued by the customer: order with the wrong product, order with the wrong region or server ID, etc.
But if we are unable to deliver any product, we will return 100% of the money in both your Games Ghor Wallet and your provided payment method.
Note: You can request a refund only for orders that have not been delivered. Refunds are not admissible on delivery orders.

Why is my order not delivered?
We usually deliver all orders within 2-10 minutes if ordered correctly. Your order is not delivered due to some of the following reasons:
If you send money less than the correct value.
If you don’t order the right product. For example: If you order Bangladeshi products with the ID of an Indian server.
If the UID is wrong.
If money is not sent to the correct number (the number given on the website, which changes regularly).
